Hey guys i currently have a gas guzzling ram and am looking to get a daily driver and turn my ram into a toy. I really like the srt-4 and am wondering what kind of gas mileage i can expect? also what are some good mods i can do for reasonable prices?

 

Figure probably anywhere from 22 to 30 mpg on average depending on your driving habits..Now here is the real ?,you want a daily driver so you can mod your truck?If thats the case i wouldn't recommend buying a srt-4 cause all your time and money is most likely gonna go right into,No its not a POS but its just so much fun and you will be joining the rest of us on this site talking about it 24/7....J/k
As far as mods there is a whole laundry list that could take awhile to cover everything,almost anything you want to know can be found on this site and if you cant find it just let us know....

FYI:Go to mopar.com and look at there staged kits they sell for the srt-4,all plug and play and alot of fun!!!!

 

my engine isn't even broken in yet (2500 miles), I do mostly town and back road driving, not much highway, and I'm getting 25+ per gallon. that's with a lot of "spirited driving".

I have to agree with "flameredsrt" about the obsession thing. You may forget about your Ram.....
