Never had a muffler. I only had to pay 80 cus I am good friends with the owner of the shop. 160 would be the normal price for a job like mine. Even when its idle it sounds real good, just gurgling, I get some nice pops and snap when I downshift, I feel way better response, way better acceleration, it feels real good right now. Now I just gotta install my damn springs.... I have had them lying around in my house for about 3 weeks now.

i dont know when we can do the springs man but i do got a hook up if you want to install them professionally.. .my guy will do them for 120

 

Yup, most places (independents and chains) will charge $100-$150. If you can, try to haggle a little on the price. It doesn't take that long and they don't supply the parts, you do!!!

HEY BRO I WANNA GET MY EXHAUST SYSTEM DONE TOO WHERE'S YOUR BUDDIES SHOP AND WHAT IS THE SYSTEM CALLED THAT YOU DROPED IN THE SRT?

 

The shop is in Los Angeles, its called Mikes Performance Muffer & Exhaust. He is well known in the drag racing circuit and he always has bad *** stangs and muscle cars lined up, he loved my SRT-4 the moment he saw it and I had taken my friends car there before so he really hooked it up. He gave me a custom 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust system. It feels hella good. I am looking into getting a 3 downpipe as well. He only charged me 80 bucks for the whole thing. I had gone to two other shops earlier that day and both those shops wanted 160 for what I was asking for. Now my whole crew does all their work at Mikes, I recommend it to everyone, they know alot about exhaust systems. They are on Florence and Broadway. Check them out. Right off the 110 south or 110 north depending on where you are coming from.
