Hey Guys -
Im in Cali and was just reading up on the Mopar stage 1,2,and3 upgrades and they all say they are not legal in Cali, so what i want to know is how do you mod in cali is there any major upgrades?

Well theres two options... Do only mods that are legal, or be a crazy outlaw like most of us and do illegal mods lmao[sm=icon_rock.gif]
Stage kits are workable to pass testing and visual, obviously running catless is pretty much flat out illegal - I have my stock exhaust for smog check in 4 years. No biggie. I'm not sure how big turbos go done as far as carb.
