i think it is coming from the intake, but what could it be and if its coming from the intake that means the BOV isn't doing anything?I keep adjusting the screw on top the bov(took all the way out and started fresh)and i cant get anything different out of this thing,i have switched my lines around for my vac source and still no change,i hope someone can give me a lil insight before i damage something?

No it doesnt mean that the BOV isnt doing anything, when Im under PTB (part throttle boost) I get a LOUD flutter coming from the intake but its compressor stall....try to stay away from that.

Aftermarket BOVs wont blow off the same way a Mopar plate will, you really have to be boosting in order to get it to go off (i.e. over 5psi)

I was told not to hook the bottom line up as it was more for someone wanting to run less boost and have the BOV still open.

I'd still like to see a pic of how you have it hooked up...

Also, how does your car respond under boost? Does it hold boost and run like it should?

Other than i have a boost leak(had it since i installed stage 2 damn zip ties)it feels the same..I was doing a lil more lookin around and i found a HOW TO and it showed that i need the back part of the T to run inline with the big black line that has the check valve in it?I didn't do this could that be my problem?

I have the Raptor BOV as well. I have a flutter noise when near or under 0 psi. Was told this is fine. But when i get to as little as like 3psi my BOV makes a nice noise. I also have AEM intake, dont know if noise is from BOV or intake, but there is a flutter noise on mine too. I had Apex Motorsports install all my stuff so far, dont know if any of you in AZ. I imagine they did everything right so im guessing the flutter is fine.

I found the stock vacuum diagram and enhanced it and then modified it to show how the BOV should be hooked up:

Before BOV:

After BOV:

You should note that the bottom line to the stock solenoid is what is re-routed to the BOV. If this line is still hooked up, it would likely cause your fluttering noise.
