odd boost gauge vaccum readings
Any time my car is running, the boost gauge registers everything correctly. but every time I turn my car off, the boost gauge is registering around 10 hg.in vaccum. This has been happening since about 1800 miles on the odo, and the car now has 4700 miles. The dealer told me it is just part of break-in. Just wondering....
with the car off the needle should be pointing at the 0 and if it isnt then the dealer needs to replace the boost guage cause its bad. your car is past break-in at 4700 miles. your warranty should cover the gauge.
