Hello everyone. I am new to the forum. I own a 2004 Mustang GT with the mods listed in my sig. I live in Las Vegas, and love to race. If anyone here is from Vegas, lets meet up sometime, just PM me. I just wanted to see what things are like on the other side. I know I am a Mustang guy, but just looking to keep up on current info, and stay smart about the competition. Thanks everyone.

 

dont see a sig... but ive raced numerous stangs and a lot of my friends own them. i really like the exhaust tones you can get out of them.

 

lol, whats up with that? I tried to update it several times on my profile. I have them all listed, and I have it checked to show sigs, but I don't know whats wrong with it.

Anyway, my mods are... CAI, tb/plenum, UDP. BBK X, Borla stingers, Predator, CA's, DR's, 4.10's

 

Sold my '02 Mustang GT a few months ago and my mods were... IC Kenne Bell 11psi, KB Kool Air, 90mm Meter, Big Tube, 75mm TB, 4.10 Ford RG&P + Trans Cooler, Steeda Interior Upgrade, Cragar SS 610's, Mach 1000, Autometer Guage Cluster, Magnaflow O/R X-pipe + Steeda "Borla" Catback

I met a guy at a meet in my town who has just about what you have but he has cams too, he was a cool guy but his 2 friends wernt. they couldnt believe that he lost to "that neon".

what kind of stuff do you want to know about the other side?

how do you like the 4.10's??? I have a buddy who wants to throw them on his 01 Cobra... but I'd be hesitant to do it... that's a pretty steep gear... from the 3.27's on it now...

welcome aboard... you will find we like to razz the Mustang guys since they seem to give us soooo much crap for our "Skittles"

 

lol, skittle or not, I respect any fast cars. I just want to learn what to look out for most of all. I love the gears....makes the car. Totally worth it.

 

Im not a big mustang fan even though i allmost bought a 2k Cobra with 13k on it a few years back. Unfortunately they wanted to bend me over with a sand paper condom and Icy Hot as a lube on the payments.
Only reason im not a big stang fan is cuz EVERYONE..... HAS or Had a mustang -Just a tad too common- and the fact that 90% of the mustang owners ive ran into think they are Gods gift and that their car is the best and fastest.
**Wait.. thats kinda like all the civic owners ive ran into LOL. (just had to add that)**

I do love the new / retro body style.... would love to have one cept they are WAY over priced.
