Yeah it was at Little River, my tires were spinning through 3rd gear.

Trap speed is pretty low. I think I trapped that when my car was stock in the middle of an Arizona summer.

I'd check for boost leaks, and probably plug gaps. How many miles are on the current set of plugs?

Then again if you were spinning into (or through) 3rd gear, it could just be really crappy traction. Did you try setting your front tire air pressure to 25~28psi?

Also if it is spinning and you stay in it, you're not going anywhere fast. Best bet is if you are spinning in 1st is to get off the gas, shift to 2nd, let the clutch out and then roll into the throttle (not "punching it")

My best results "near stock" was to run up to about 2500 rpm, let the clutch out quickly without "dumping" it. Then roll into the gas, usually only got about 1/2~2/3 throttle in 1st before I short shifted (@ ~5500 rpm) to 2nd, letting off the gas as I shifted to 2nd, and then rolled back into the throttle in 2nd. The 2-3 and 3-4 shifts were WOT shifts; this netted me 13.8's stock and as low as 13.4 on street tires w/ the stock turbo & a few mods.

Man, we don't have any 1/4 mile tracks around here, just 1000 foot. I ran a best time of 11.29 with AEM CAI, Mopar exhaust and Stage 1. I was also spinning in 2, which a pair of drag radials should more than take care of. I can run 11.3 all day long. Is this a good time for 1000 foot? What would that translate into as far as an approx. 1/4 mile?

The closest timeslips I have available were 11.5's, which netted me 13.8's. So I'd say 13.5~13.6 for 11.3's...

ok i live up in wisconsin so my elavation is alot higher, my car when i ran was 100% stock and my best time was a 13.92 with a 60ft of 2.1 and rt of .022 i launched at 1800 baiscally grannyed it of the light and slowly step the throttle to the floor 2-3 wot 3-4 wot, that was my best my most consistent stock was around 14.2 so yeah you should be doing alittle better, like everyone else said practice your launch its everything with this car

have a good day

13.5-13.6 eh? Man I suck. I would think I would have done a lot better with stg 1. Well, I finally got my stg 2 installed and a tank full of 104, so we'll see if I can do a little better this weekend. Stg 2 has definitely changed the way I WAS launching.........gonna have to figure something else out......maybe DAB 2 until my 17x8s and DRs come in. First and second gear are pretty much useless on 3.
