stage 2 wga and vaccum lines
you see the threads on the wga arm were it conects to the flapper? take of that funky looking pin and pull the wga arm off the flapper and then unthread for more psi and screw in for less. if you adjust it it will only spike the more it wont hold more it will only hold as much as the spring in the wga and the stg 2 is some where around 16-18 deppending on the wga they very from unit to unit. and why would you want to disconect any vac lines you have a stg 2 so you dont need to. people take them off to trick the comp on s0 cars so just leave it all there. imo
If you have an EBC its worthwhile to take your TIP vac lines out (red/white) to remove PCM controlled boost from the equation. But since your just running an S2 system, like Fiber said, theres no need to remove them.
