i want to put stage 1 on my car but im not sure if it will help. ive heard that with a wastegate and boost controller it will hurt. if i decide to go stage 2 i lost the upgrades completely. i dont need stage 1 to go stage 2 do i. anyways i know stage1 is supposed to help with a more aggresive launch. does it really help. im lookin to spend more money on the car its just not fast enough. if you have any suggestions please tell me what works and doesnt. by the way i just beat my friend. he has 3 in exhaust, wastegate, k&n cai, and kumhos. he thought he was gonna beat me. got him by 1 1/2 cars.

 

i dont understand why would it hurt it.people like the stg1 because it takes care of all the codes you get from having mods.And i have herd that it does something with a little more hp and a better 1s gear.

 

+1 with what Valo said.......plus from what i gather.....geting stage1 and also adding a adjustible waste gate....you have close to what stage 2 will give for less money
