im with you man.LOL i lose boost in wamer weather LOL.And yes that does seem a little to much.The most i ever seen with the stock wg was it peak at 16psi in 4th and 5th gear for like a sec.i never held that much.Are you sure they didnt install a viper motor

 

it will peak at 20 then drop off to around 16-17.. this is 3rd gear..



and this one is 4th gear... the 4th gear was around 3500 rpms.. i couldn't get the tach in the shot.



i usually run my car between 3000-4500 rpms unless i'm racing some one.. then i will red line it

 

does the car seem any faster? it could be just a bad gauge if the car isnt any faster. you will notice a difference with a 5-6 psi increase. 3000-4500 is a little high. i shift at like 2500-3000 most of the time.

did you buy your car new or used if so could the origional owner have adjusted your wastegate at all
either or you just have one of those freak neons
i have heard some other stories of some freakishly high horsepower stock on these cars

 

i bought it with 13,000 miles on it.. everything under the hood is stock.. it feels faster then it was before when it was running at lower PSI.. in 4th gear it pulls like 2nd.. i think its running at a higher PSI.. i just got a greddy profec II boost controller that i will be installing this weekend most likly.. so i will re adjust the boost after its installed.

 

ruptured ic piping... take it to dodge.. same thing happened to me.
