i had it for about a year. it's ok, nothing too impressive. i switched to the maddog 58% reduction and i've been much happier with it. it's not as notchy and just has a better overall feel.

Have had the Mopar with booger bushings for 6 months and am happy with it. Much better than stock, and I have no notchyness and it actually feels great, very smooth positive shifts...

I keep going back and fourth on trying out a maddog though. I may sometime eventually. My choice would be a 72% stock height with rod brakes.

I think bottom line short throw is a great idea, there's nothing wrong with the Mopar IMO but you can get a shorter throw with the Maddog, and boomba just came out with a nice looking shifter aswell. Both alittle more expensive.

i have the mopar and like it more than the maddog 58% and 80%. ive had the mopar for about 2 years now and its been great. the maddog is too notchy and slow for my taste. even the 80%, its a short throw but i can shift faster with the mopar. ive driven with all 3 because my old roomate has had all of them and i took them out each time for testing.

Where would be the best place to look for aftermarket short shifters?

i got mine from modernperformance.com, but there are TONS of websites out there, each with their own price/shipping. and always when you thought you found the best deal... you post on a forum and realize you got ripped for ten bucks
