I would follow yorksrt trace the wires yourself, or go get a chilton manuel they are pretty good, most dealer's just like to throw parts at a car just to see if it fixes it, example I had a 01 Dakota with a 5.9L, and a code for the O2 sensor came on, they just replaced the sensor the down stream one on the left side, then the light came back on, as upper, so they replaced that one, then the light came back on again and then they replaced the controller unit. Most of the techs that dealers use anymore don't really know how to do diagnostic work, some do but not all, I was a tech and work on my own stuff due to me not really trusting the dealer. Check the position of the TPS most have 2 settings and they could have put it on wrong try switching them, if not take off your TB and make sure it works propperly, full close full open, make sure there isnt any dirt inthe connector.
