i have to get some better traction(still running on factory rims and tires for 17000 miles) because i almost lost to a Lexus GS400 tonight. he had me to about 45 then i pulled by him. but anyways, where is the best place to get new rims/tires? are there any tires better than the BFG's for both wet and dry? are those ads in the magazines for wheel/tire combos any good? they always seem to have a good price plus they come with tires(what kind i don't know). is there a specific offset i will need? i don't want to go to 18's because then i will have to get low profiles and the roads here in eastern virginia are crap.

 

the gs400 has a pretty beefy motor even stock.. its not suprising you couldnt pull till about 45... the car has *****
