Default intercooler cleaning

I am finally getting ready to put on the right kind of catch can(had the perrin for 1 1/2 yrs, no oil) and need to take off my intercooler and piping to clean all the crap out. What is the best way to clean the intercooler? What about the pipe going to my throttle body? If the pipe is just silicone then I don't want to use gas(I read that somewhere) because it will eat the silicone up. Do I need to clean the throttle body too?

I would say if you had it completely off PLug one end and filler up with some simple green, then plug the other end and shake it up. Then rinse it out super good. But thats just my idea.

"Dawn" dish soap works really well on oil/grease and won't hurt parts.......

I used a professional parts cleaning system with a brush.

Took off the TB, FMIC, Cold and Hotside pipes and threw them in the parts washer. Used compressed air to dry them, and reinstalled everything.

*Edit* Buy some Carb cleaner, and spray the **** out of everything. Jack the car up on one side, and let the cleaner drip out.
