Default 2nd and 3rd gear

I have an 05 stage3 with turbo toys. Car is falling on it's face in 2nd and 3rd gear. Dealer has had car for a month and can not figure out what is wrong. Mechanic says it does'nt do it i 0 or stage one and only when car is warm. Mopar performance has not been helpful. Any ideas, I would like my car back.

only ideas dont really have a clue especially since no one else can figure it:
1) fuel delivery??
2) spark? may need new ignition box....
3) -prolly best guess- Reprog the computer - see what happens.
4) transmission may need rebuild??

just my few guesses.

thats probally it then... the s3 cars around me using 91 oct slip the hell out of the cluch, and its pointless to use hom with stock cluch.

I'm with you on this one Gump, but don't you think a dealer would be able to tell if that were the problem? Then again with some techs these days they can't even drive a standard let alone be able to tell when a clutch is slipping due to an expanded amount of power.
