I have a customer with an 04 STR 4. . I like it. Its displaying the exact thing you peeps are talking about. I did all the above. Re torque a lot of loose stuff, checked , replaced worn stuff, . . . but the clunk is still there. Comes from the drivers side during acceleration from a stop., and also slightly, while coming to a slow halt. Can someone post some of the fixes they encountered? About to remove axle that is under warranty at Oreilly and focus on subframe and bushings. . . Any additional tips would be appreciated . .
