Touge Adventures... and a question
Alright, sad stuff. A buddy of mine and I decided to hit up the canyons for a fun drive. Since I do this all the time I told him that I follow him that way he can run at his own pace instead of trying to keep up with me, but instead he decided to chase me. The game of cat and mouse began with the flashing of a green light at the intersection right before entering the canyon... first turn, second turn, third turn, I start gaining mad distance between the two of us, gotta love FWD on uphill and turbo. fourth turn even better but as we approach the 5th turn I notice some water on the road, I hit the first patch of water without hesitation but slow down for the second since it was at the entrance of a hairpin, I downshift to second and lightly press my brakes... took the turn no problem, I check my rear view mirror to see how my buddy is doing and as soon as he clears the second patch of water I hear tires screeching and suddenly bam!!! wipeout. He spun out nasty, I mean nasty, he was driving a 1991 240 sx, that RWD wasn't helping him for **** when he hit the water, the front end of his car decided to keep going straight, but his back end whipped around and wanted to turn, it was insane, had to wait for almost 2 hours for the tow truck to show up, car was beaten up badly, he is going to e-mail me pics, as soon I get them I will post them up and show you guys.
Now for the question... I want to get seatbelt harnesses for my seats but I don't have ACR seats since my car isn't an ACR, do you guys recommend getting a custom made "harness hole" in my seat or just getting new seats, cus I really love my seats. Any and all help is greatly appreciated guys. May the force be with you... I've always wanted to say that. [sm=gears.gif]

do it yourself. the acr and the regular seats are exactly the same. the cut outs in the material in the seat are already there, you just need to cut the fabric, sew i down, and install the harness slots. cbd sells fiberglass as well as cf ones i'm pretty sure.

They sell Viper seat inserts (or did the last time I checked) directly made for our seats with detailed instructions on installation. Check those out before ghetto-fying and making a hole.
