Default Oil burning

I have basically A stock 2005 srt4 accept a mopar bov and aem short ram air intake I notice an oil burning smell when I'm really on the gas I noticed this before the aem intake and the smell comes into the cabin and it goes away very quickly and I dont smell it under normal driving conditions I know people talk about the catch can of wich I dont have. any ideas or do I need to install the catch can to prevent this smell ?

A burning smell is a good sign that somethin can be wrong. Don't just assume you need a catch can. you WOULD NOT smell oil in the cabin if that was just the case. Check for leaks, check your oil levels immediately.

Like I said before only on hard acceleration do I get the burning smell. oil going into the intake wouldnt create an oil burning smell inside cabin I wouldnt think. Thats kinda what I'm trying to figure out .
