I'm a honda prelude owner wanting to know if srt-4 neons can run on wheel that would fit 225/45/17 tire size. I tried searching the topic and got no luck with it. can anyboy help me?

 

I have 17 x 7.5's with 225/45/17s with no problems whatsoever, so yes

To stay as close to the exact same over all tire hight. I would go with a 225/40-17 this would be only 0.01" diff in diameter from the stock 205/50-17. Basicaly un-noticable except width. Keep in mind it would be best to be on a 7 or 7.5wide for that width of tire.
