The only Saleen I like, actually it's the only new Mustang that I like, is the http://www.saleen.com/s281_sc.htm ...but they're usually priced about 55k around here. I'd rather have an SRT8 Charger.

 

It was pointless to make a saleen nos focus and a $25thou sticker though i could of got a deal here for under $22thou since they couldn't move it. They should have went with a turbo or supercharger on the svt motor with 9:1 compression. My last car was a 03 svt focus it handled better than my srt4 doe's. But it had it's draw back's. I couldn't turn traction control off and if that didnt solve the traction problem it pulled the timing, no overdive so if i got 24 mpg i was doing good. Through she was good for 145 mph. It needed reduce comprssion from 10:1 to 9:1 and a turbo with it's 6spd. with reduced compression and a turbo i think the svt and the srt would have been a draw after ya solve the srt's handling.

 

The funniest thing is the first statement on the page " Nothing in its class can compare to the Saleen N20 Focus " .... but look at the times for the SRT4 and the price... lol ... they should have left it out

 

And also the resale column saying that STis and EVOs have low resale value. They've obviously never looked into getting one used.

 

Does anyone know what this is? Is this a concept or am I just really dumb and have never seen this before?

No matter the cost. Oh it would have to have at least 250 hp, then no matter the cost. Looks very sweet.
