Spark plug gaps.
I dont have any pics as of now. This is how I have mine setup and it works great and holds boost very well. There is a green line on the back of the turbo that goes all the way to the solenoids. Remove the line completely and cap it on the solenoid. Then find the black line from the WGT to the solenoids and remove it and cap it on the solenoid as well. Know take the BC and take one line from the bottom of the BC and hook it to the WGT and the other line from the side of the BC, run to the back of the turbo. Thats it. Now the best way to set your boost is adjust the WGT (with out the BC hooked up) to were it runs 14-15psi. Then hook the BC up and start adjusting the BC for more boost.
wow i knew that **** was easy just couldent find anyone who knew how to do it.
1 last question.....
So there is No need to T connect into any other line?
Just a strait connection...... turbo.... BC.. ...Wastegate?
I really really appriciate your help w/ this. Ive had my MBC for allmost 2 weeks now and am dieing to install it.

I have the kinetic wastegate and kinetic MBC, The boost controller is adjusting the boost but maybe the wastegate is set to high. I had the guys at kinetic install and do everything. What should i ask them to do differently, or what can i do then? The nut on the wastegate is how you adjust the boost right? To turn off my boost controller would i just tighten it down all the way and work from there.
Compressor surge is what i am hearing....is that bad? its pretty loud in PTB!!!

You can get some caps from checkers, if they dont have any that will fit, then you can get a one way "T" and stick in the hole were the line went to and cap the top of the "T". Make sure that the "T" is pushed down as far as it will go and capped tight. Works good.
ok i played with it some......... now here is my other question / concern....
- there is alot of other **** hooked into that line that comes off the turbo (not the wastegate) --- I have 0 Idea what it is for but figure it must be used for something?
--- DO i connect that into the line where i hook up the BC or just cap it off and call it a day?
- I "T'ed" the other **** into the BC because i figured it had to be hooked up for some reason BUT when i went for a Test drive i only got 4lbs of boost.????? :-/ ... Soon as the car cools off im gona cap that **** and do a strait connect and see what happens.
Holla back with what was done with the other lines hooked into that line that comes off the turbo.... its like a multi T with a blue line and a few others..........ull know what im talkin bout if you see the blue line.
Thanks again.
poast asap plz. b4 i run outa light ;o)

The green line off the turbo should run to the solenoid. I'm not looking at it now but off the top of my head. There is a line that is on the front of the turbo that goes to the "t" that your thinking of, if I can remember right. Usually the BC the less the thread the more the boost. I have mine with the line from the back of the turbo to the BC and the wgt to the BC and thats it. Now I cant remember which line goes to which end of the BC. That may also be the problem. I had mine hooked backwards once and it didn't boost right.
thanks bro. I hooked it up like you said. Things are working great. It spools up like a mad house to 15psi...i havent gone higher.
Only problem is though i think i need to upgrade my computer to a stage 1.... in the first 3 gears it kinda chokes alil when im hammering on it. I think it is due to too much boost not enough fuel. Im going to tone it down to 12-13 psi untill i can get the new cpu i dont wanna melt my pistons. I have a fan on the engin right now to cool it down so i can do the adjustments. Thanks for all ur help.
the part where i said it chokes some in the first few gears getting boost .... am i correct in my assumption?

depending on when your giving it full throttle, could be PTB, blowout, stuff like that. Oh ya I dont think you need to worry about melting your pistons, If the computer senses to much boost and not enough fuel it will pull your timing to protect you.
