No, Stage 1 PCMs and Stage 2 PCMs are totally different. Each is designed for its own application and the Stage 1 PCM must be removed before installing the Stage 2...of course if you don't have Stage 1 and jump directly to Stage 2, you'd be removing the factory PCM....[&:]

Mopar Performance Stage 1 Turbo Upgrade Kit - Mopar Performance offers the eye-opening Stage 1 Turbo Upgrade Kit, which pushes the power and performance of the 2.4-liter turbocharged engine in the Dodge SRT-4 to 240 horsepower and 260 ft.-lbs. of torque.
