I recently bought a SRT10 Ram and was just curious if anyone has been to the SRT Experience that Dodge and Skip Barber put on. There's one out at MIS in Brooklyn, MI in October that i was gona sign up for and bring a friend, but i was just curious to see how it is. It was included in the cost of my truck, i'm just wondering if its worth a 2 hour drive.

Everyone from the NE region that went when it was at Limerock, CT said it was the best $320 dollars they ever spent. The price has been jacked up to $500 since then. But any 05 purchased after 4/1/05 or 06 I forget gets it free. So theres NO excuse NOT to go if you get it free.

Its so worth it to beat the hell out of the vehicles and REALLY see what they are capable of. I say go for it. You won't regret a minute of the two hour drive, and neither will your friend.

 

Yeah, a two hour drive seems a small price to pay for fun like that, even with the price of gas being what it is.......

i drove 4 hours to dallas for one and it is worth it. we were turned loose on a road course with vipers and the instructors told us to try and keep up. it was great.

 

it took 45 min. to hit Beaverun this spring. was well worth the 300 that I paid. I struggled with that cash outlay but managed it and had a blast. 500 is over the limit for me though. got too rich for my blood, but free would be worth a 5hr drive!

 

I drove 3 hr. to dallas and I would have to say it was the most fun Ive ever had. I plan to go back next year if I can afford it.
I say go and experience one awesome event.
