Default Modern Performance Exhaust ???

I am looking for information on modern performance exhaust. Does anybody have it on thier SRT-4's?? I am waiting patiently for my 05 to get in which is supposed to be at the end of August. Well I guess if I was patient I wouldn't be on here looking for more power and ordering parts already. lol
Thanks for any help.

Modern Performance sells several different exhausts. Which one are you referring to?
Most people here that have modded their exhaust went with the Mopar/Borla system. Haven't heard any complaints, I know I'm happy with mine!!!![sm=smiley16.gif]

The MPx exhaust with 3" downpipe with or with/out CAT. I am talking about the one they make, not the others they sell.

From what I've read on their website, it sounds like a nice product. I like that they make the downpipe on back themselves so you know it's a direct fit not something you have to peice together from various vendors. Maybe other vendors offer this as well? Did you check out their download of their project car? It sounded really good to me. I was going to go with the Mopar at first then I remembered how hard it is to pull exhaust apart as in cat back applications. So now I think I'll wait until I save more money and drop all the factory exhaust from the turbo back at once and install the one from Modern Performance.

That is the ideal exhaust, I wanted that exhaust but I couldn't afford it as well as Stage 2 with toys. I went with the Mopar/Borla exhaust, because it shows almost the exact same power gains up until the 350 horsepower range when the 3" and it's larger size makes the difference. If you have the $$$, then get the MPx.[sm=smiley20.gif]

I am pretty sure that is what I am going with is thier whole system with cat and the extra cat eliminator pipe also for trips to the strip. I already have a K&N Typhoon cold air intake and a power pulley on order for it. The exhaust may be next. I have to wait till I get my car to order the stage 2 kit since you have to have the VIN #. Hopefully I won't have to wait as long as they have told me though.
Thanks for the info guys!!!

No problem, glad to help out.[sm=smiley2.gif] I love my K & N Typhoon CAI, but the hole for the sensor is a bit of a stretch on the wiring harness that that sensor is in. You should wait until you have a couple thousand miles on it to break it in before installing the Stage 2.
