Default Manda needs help. . . AGAIN!!

So about a month ago, I had a "rodent" eat thru my O2 sensor and wires. Dodge fixed it and told me that the only way to prevent it was to put moth ***** in the engine compartment, however, at the advice of many of you, I didn't because of the new little guy that rides in my back seat.

Well I was driving the other day out of the grocery store and my car started to stutter when I was idoling (sp???). . . like it was going to die, so I reved it up a little, then shifting from 2nd to 3rd, it felt like it wasn't recieving any feul. Then the same thing from 3rd to 4th. And up a small incline was almost imposible.

Yesterday I took Ms. Angry for a spin, drove the **** out of her, and now she seems fine.

Any clues cause obviously there is an underlying issue????

My guess too, or bad gas. Did you get a code? Do you know how to do the key on and off trick?

What's TPS wiring, is that part of the O2 sensor, or should it be under warranty???

TPS is the Throttle Position Sensor, and if your car is under it's original warranty, it will be covered. The harness sometimes rubs thru the wiring.....

Would that have anything to do with the O2 sensor and wires??

Just wondering so when I take it to Dodge, they don't try and make me pay for it "relating it to the rodent issue"

Thanks all

Rub marks from the harness will look different than marks left by a mouse dining on your wires. Just tell the dealer you know SRT-4s have this problem. If necessary, do like I did with my cracked headlights and print a bunch of comments from various auto forums about the same problem. When my dealer tried to tell me rocks had cracked my headlight lens, I showed him about 20 pages of complaints from various car forums relating to the same exact thing........the headlights were replaced under warranty.
