As the title says I'm debating on which brand to go with in the future.Does it the old saying you get what you pay for also apply to intercoolers. For example does MP Large Front Mount IC work just as well as Sparcos,AGP,and the other big names.Even a Cheap knock off brand say off ebay or something.I'm not a fan of Cheap knock of parts more of a dependable, good product type.

This is one of those "You get what you pay for" things.

Two things to consider:

1. Quality - Cheap knock off's may skimp on the welds, doing a single pass where companies like AGP do a double pass.

2. Performance - Cheap knock off's are cheap because they use cheap less dense cores, therefore they don't cool as well. The cores companies like Spearco and AGP use are denser and cost the companies as much as the entire cheap knock off unit costs.

while it's true that you get what you pay for, there's one exception to that. the spearco. that thing is so over priced and doesn't perform as well as some of the less expensive ones like the agp, ed, or cti.
