Default Hard Pipe, is it worthwhile?

I was checking around and found that the turbo neon store has a full length hot side intercooler hard pipe that seems really nice, but I was wondering if anyone has it and if it's worth getting? I was also wondering about their carbon fiber deck lid that appears to have the cut outs for the 3rd brake light and the key hole, since I need to replace mine after some a**hat tried a hit skip on my SRT-4 at work and I caught them. It damaged the deck lid and taillight and both quarters and the spoiler have minor damage.

I full hardpipe kit (hot side and cold side) offers 1.5psi increase in boost on a stock car. it also gives you a much chrisper throttle responce.

Hardpipes over plastic or rubber piping will always give an advantage. Plastic and rubber have a tendancy to expand and contract during heavy boosting...plus, can you imagine what the heat can do to it's properties?

they're a major pain in the ***, but worth it in the end. as for the trunk, i have a cbd deck w/pvo spoiler and love it. the only thing that sucks about it is that you can't use the stock springs so there's nothing to lift the trunk up. i'm trying to find a set of lifts for it but i've had no luck so far.

I also have the CBD trunk lid, although I got mine in Fiberglass since I was painting the car anyway. The stock trunk lid springs definitely cannot be used. I'm thinking of hitting Home Depot to see if I can find some springs that will work. If I find some I'll post here and let you know what I came up with.

Yea, that's a pretty old run I did over a year ago at Firebird. I typically go to Speedworld, and thats where I'll be going once my car is back together.
