so i took my car in for a check up cuz my belts were squekin and of course they just said oh everythings fine and nothin was wrong and charged me 90 bucks for nothing and they just say oh yeah ur missin to bolts in ur mm and u need to replace soon or ur car will get messed up and i ask her which one and shes like oh the one on the side were ur belts are.. so i checked and everythin fine and i see that i missin 2 bolts in my tranny mm and its just hanging by one bolt... i asked the dealership if my warranty would cover that cuz dats random shyt thatr 2 bolts just fell out and she said well its not covered cuz u voided ur warranty with the parts on ur car and i was like bitch that shyt has nothin to do with it but yet that dealship is sellin the same car as mine with more shyt done to it all non mopar with full warranty..

 

well ya got 3 options ... you can bitch and make them do it under warranty (bitching at a dealership will get your way 99% of the time ) , you can try another dealership, or you can always do it yourself

 

The dealership has to show that whatever mods you made to the car caused the problem. Talk to somone higher up in the dealership chain of command.......

He's right they have to prove that it's your mods. Usualy raising your voice a little(not to much)when a new customer is nearby helps Talk to service manager next.Here in Canada we have the automotive dealers association.You should have an association like it for complaints.Or at least let them know you will complain about them. (rep counts).Don't take no SHI!!![:@],but be polite [8D]
