Default stock fuel pressure?

I was just wondering what the stock fuel pressure is? I recently upgraded everything. agp 50 trim, RC 750cc, fuel return kit, boomba fuel rail. running with stage 2 hardware, safc2, plx wideband. I am having a problem at idle and right at 2k. the car starts up fine, bounces from 14.5 to 15.4 at idle for about two minutes then wants to stall(goes to about 16.8 to 17.5) low speed driving is ok until it hits 2k when the car reads lean and studders. fuel psi reads 30-32 driving around town. the injectors are 10% bigger than stage 2 so I started off 10% less than what i had tuned previously. I just raised 20%more fuel from 1600 to 4k in low menu. underboost the car crazy quick with no issues. I was just wondering what is a safe fuel press? should I turn the pressure up to 38- 40? boost is around 25psi so if I turned up the fuel pressure to 40psi, under boost, I should see nothing higher than 65psi of fuel correct?
