I may be selling mine next summer....depends on how the sale of my condo goes and what kind of quotes I get on a truck. The thing has been babied and only has 6300 miles on it as of right now.....I just need more ground clearance for living among the sage brush, tumbleweeds, and prairie dog mounds in southern Colorado.

^yeah, i should add you may want to consider a used SRT, you can pick up a decent one for 12k. and since 12k < 20k, it may be much easier on the budget. just be careful, lots of people modify cars and not so many know what they are doing. so have someone knowledgable check it out (a mechanic, not a buddy)

 

i dont think there is any new ones still out there is it? well a couple months ago i looked on king of cars website and he had a brand new 05 srt4 but tahts the only one i have seen, none around here. honestly i dont think a 7-8$ job would pay for this car. all of your money would be spent on the payments, u would barely have enough money to put gas in it to even drive it. I maybe having to get a second job just for this car lol.

 

Im 16 and i have this car. Ive had it for about 6 months no speeding tickets and no wrecks. I work at $7 an hour. Im getting some help from my parents though since they payed for my sisters car. Its only $250 a month. You should get it if you can. I love this thing you probally would too.

i saw about 4 srt's tonight. it was pretty sweet.

 

I'm 18 and finally got my first real nice vehicle and it's an 06 ram hemi which I paid for so if I could have had a car like that when I was 16 I would have been all over it. I knew a kid that had one for his first car due to getting bit by someones dog and getting alot of insurance money for it but he never wrecked it. He did however end up in jail on a few occasions because of that car. Get the car I say. As for all the people advising him not to get it, he may be making a mistake and end up having to sell it but maybe it will be a good lesson for him to learn to live more within his means if it doesn not work out. people in here have some great points to not get that car but they are just way to fun to not have if you can have one....

 

sooo not a good idea to get it. if anything you should just get an older neon and put your money into that. youll probably wreck it within a year of getting it...and just think about not just the money for the car, but the insurance, gas, oil changes and all that.
