I discovered a very tiny oil leak that started about 2 weeks ago...it is only a few drops every 24 hours...should i be really concerned i am trying to get it looked at but it i have been really busy not driving it that much......and now have boost spike from 21psi to 24psi or somewhere around 24 and i didn't have the spike until the leak...is the leak and the boost spike connected

 

Where is the leak ? Usually the smaller the leak the easier the diagnosis is because you don't have just a huge mess of oil all over throwing you off on the diagnosis. Is this on your car with tone ring ? Who fixed that ?

 

yes it is on the car with the tone ring problem.....and I am not sure where the leak is from but it is dripping from intercooler pipe right next to the oil filter....i have contacted the mechanic who fixed it the first time and he did a GREAT job fixing it...and he just told me that I need to get it to him and let him look at it...but i am really concerned with the boost spike more than anything....I think that the leak may be coming from one of the seals
