Default Timing Belt?

I have a question concerning the timing belt, i came up with this while i was reading my owners manual, i thought normally for most cars the timing belt had to be changed at 70K but the manual says 90K. I still have a ways to go iam on 35,000 but just curious and wanted to know if people were gonna do it at 70 or follow the manual at 90.

thanks

I can say Nissan manuals recommend 90K miles but the service dept. recommends 75k with timing belt and water pump.... I will change mine at 75k.

Mine were just changed due to a repair at 66k miles. But the other two belts have to be replaced at 70k.

I'm nuts in the same fashion. Every other oil change I do: new spark plugs and a new PCV amongst other things. LOL
