okay so the other day i went to open my sunroof but i guess there was still some ice on it i heard a popping noise and then it opened i drove for a while and then when i parked and went to close it it came most of the way down but then it stopped . it still moves up and back fine , and closes fine but when its fully closed its still sitting about a half an inch off the roof and wont come down any further . so has anyone had this problem and knows how to fix it because its cold here and i fell like a putz drivin around in minus 20 with my sun roof partially open .

 

I've heard of them "coming off track" (not literally)... but...

as for the fix... uhhh... I guess it depends on how "handy" you are with a screw driver...

sounds like a nice dealer fix if you ask me...

 

ya ill try dealer cause cold weather +screwdriver+ glass sunroof = broken glass and then i have a much bigger problem thanks anyways though
i was hopin there would be some stupdly easy way to fix it but oh well . hi ho hi ho off to the dealer i go , to waste some money and lose a day hi ho hi ho .

 

i threw mine off track once. dont attempt to use your sunroof in the tripple figures, it dosent work out well, guess im just lucky it didnt blow off. note for the future: close it before hitting the accelerator, the other car will wait. i just pushed on mine and it popped back into place.
