bov
least money is the mopar plate. you dont need the blockoff plate for it, nor do you need any new pipes or adapters for it. just the 60 for the plate and your time installing it. all you do is remove the stock surge valve (3 bolts), insert the blue plate and put the stock back on. the only hard part is getting to it.
here is some discussion on it:

if you are looking for quick and cheap, then you need to go with mopar. it sounds cool, but everyone is different in their liking. it doesnt add performance, but is way cheaper than buying adaptors and stuff.
the bov(mopar) will be here tomorrow morning. is there anyone out there that has put this thing on that might possibly give me their # for me to call incase i run into any type of problem...also going to attempt to build the occ...ive got the directions, but still not confident in the install....promise im not some crazy person and i would be very very appreciative of any help!
if you want something cheap and fast to install...Mopar Bov or AGP Bov.If you want the coolest Bov in the world, go for the Godzilla Bov...goes for about $350..yeah i know expensive but you can forget about leaks and many more headaches. HKS isn't that bad, just make sure you buy the hard pipe kit, makes a difference
