Default strut bar ?s

okay, so it's really only one question, but about two parts. i already posted this in the neon site, and they think i should ask you guys what you think. i found a couple of dc sport strus bars--front and rear. they're made to fit srt-4s, but i'm wondering if they will fit on my '04 sxt. bolt on only; i don't know how, nor do i want to do any fabricating.

They should fit without any problems, since the SRT-4 is just a Neon. I know for a fact that the rear will, Modern Performance has it listed for the Neon. You might want to call them sometime monday to make sure the front will work, but I'm certain that it will since the struts and all stay the same between these versions of the Neon. I highly recommend the DC STB's for the Neon, they are the most solid braces I've seen for it and I have one on mine in the rear. I would have used theirs on the front too, but since they are wide with a plate between the bars it would block alot of the air from the hood scoop from getting to the turbo.

They will make a difference in your handling. Just don't over-tighten the nuts when you put them on....[&:]

Assuming you have "carpet" in your trunk, make the cuts as small as possible to get the bar in...too big and it looks messy.[&:]

I second that. It's not the easiest to do since you have to cut the holes before you can put the bar in place and if you mess it up, it's there and you can't really do much about it.[:@]
