A STS should take an average person about 60 minutes with proper tools. The hardest part for me was changing the bushings. Remeber to grease the STS when you put it in to make the shifts even smoother. As for the drop springs, I have not done that. But I think it would bake a couple hours to do on a lift with a spring compressior and the other nessicary tools. I would recommend having a buddy who has done it before help.

The STS w/o Boogers should take 30-45minutes. With Boogers add 15-20. (Depends if you can get teh tranny ones in) Drop springs should take 4-7 hours. It really depends if you have the proper tools and conditions. Make sure you have all the tools and whatnot.
