i know srt owners that got them on....but if psichick says it will hurt me in some time then i better listen to her....she knows a lot more than me and those guys thatI know
it CAN hurt you. easily. that's why i just don't think they're a good idea. they limit your ability to tune properly and can do serious damage when not set right. yes they're a lot cheaper than a fuel controller, so they are a way to save money. but in the long run you'll need something to control fuel anyway so why not do it right the first time?
my98 r/tdoesnt seem to have any problems with it....but i also have an external walbro 255lph, in-tank walbro 255lph, aeromotive FPR, and im running a 1/4" return line.......so getting enough fuel isnt a problem
[sm=badbadbad.gif]well looks like I'll have to steal my lil' brother in law's gameboy...or buy him a few used games at the store and trade them(he doesn't know the diff between used and new)
lol good stuff. i actually had to buy a game boy for it...so i got a pink one. i got so much crap for it when i pulled it out the first time at the track to tune. but hey, i'ma girl i can have pink! lol
sure you do initially, that's how you get a base tune. but once it's set you don't have to mess with it much unless you change psi levels or put in race gas.
