Now I'm really pissed off. They still don't know what it wrong and have been driving my car around all day for the past 2 days, it is gonna have a frikin extra 500 1000 miles by the time they figure it out, those miles I could have enjoyed driving the car. Why does this have to happen to me? Ahhhhh. Sorry to complain i just had to vent.

Thanks man, I know you guys will understand me over anyone else that is why I share my opinions and ask ?'s to you. I wonder if this goes on much longer do they have to get like a DC Tech or something flowen in or something. Man all those miles on my car, i wish they could throw me a Catch can or Bov or something for cost for all of this hastle but I doubt they will. The dealer it is at now has never heard of either.

 

Why didn't they give you the car back after they added the other fuses? This way it doesn't cost them anymore for the rental and it will be fine until it blows again at which point they can retrieve the car and find the problem. I suggest that you bring this up.

If your car is insured only for you as the driver and their mechanic wrecks it or gets it damaged, the dealership is not responsible for it and your insurance will also not cover it, so you get the big one in your rear.

The lemon law requires that the car has to be brought back in like 6 times in 6 months for the same problem. I think that those are the correct numbers, but I'm not certain.

 

Yea I think they are trying to avoid the lemon law on me. Also it is hard for me to get over there, its 37 miles away and they close before my dad gets off work.

 

ya i would be pissed if someone took my SRT and drove it around for 5 to find out what was wrong with it.I would be talking to your dealer..

Yeah, you gotta do something because that just isn't right. It sounds to me more like the mechanic has been wanting to drive one around and the dealership won't let him just tool around in one of theirs and he cannot currently get one himself. The only person that can drive my cars besides me is my dad. I will in certain controlled situations allow a mechanic drive them, like after an alignment to make sure it's done properly, but that is about it.

 

fuse #21 = fuel pump fuse.

this has been happening to people, it's not unheard of. what mods to you have on the car?

 

Didn't you say you had the #20 fuse blow out first?
