my gauge is fine cuz it reads 0 when its off and like 20 vac when its on,do u guys think its a 7 pound spring

 

[8D]hey the greddy rs bov very loud on my ride. youcan turn your screw clockwise to makethat woosh louder. buti think its harder on turbo, becauseit builds upmore pressure before releasing it.

 

if your boost gauge reads correctly, the it's probably a bad wga.

 

regarding your bov ... it should not be blowing off under vacuum. it should only blow off when you reach above 0 psi.

[8D]bov isn't leaking under vacume. I was talking about how loud the woosh is by turning screw in center of bov clockwise to hold pressure longer before releasing.

 

i just put the greddy type s bov on my car with the turbonetics cold side pipe and i love the way it sounds! granted i do have a leak from he** somewhere, it sounds sick! i dont think they make the type s anymore so if you want the greddy youll have to go with the rs, but they sound good too. i just like the lazer sound that the type s gives

yes, if your wga is broke... it has a 7lb spring, so if your only holding 7psi it could very well be your wga gone bad.
