So now they are supplying these stage 3 kits with steel wheels? Whats the difference? Is it better to get a steel wheel or just have a regular one.

it's up to you. the steel wheel is cheaper than the tial, which is why many people are opting for it. there is also a slight difference in spool time, with the steel wheel spooling slower because it's heavier.
