Ok, I have searched the forum and havent found any answers. Has anybody ever cancelled there warranty. Can this be done. I'd rather not pay for it since everything seems to cancel it anyway. Anybody with any info, I would greatly appreciate it.

 

you can cancel an extended warranty if that's what you're referring to. just walk into the dealership and tell them you want to do it.

 

The regular warranty... is just there. I don't think you can cancel that and even if you could doing so would be pointless. If ou do have the extended, then like PSI said, go in and cancel that one if you want.

One would think you would get the remaining money back from an extended warranty. Only thing you could do is ask. I was going to get a 7 year one but I realized that would be the most pointless thing I could ever do since I'm modding soon.

 

yeah you get money back. i had one on my previous car, but when i traded it in i got a check in the mail. i had a 100,000 mile max care and i only had 78,000 miles on my car. i think i paid 1800 for the warranty and i got a little over 800 back. you will have to contact the diamlerchrysler service contract place, but you will need to go to the dealership and let them get an odometer statement. it is pretty simple.
