The springs that I got were the Tein springs, but I don't know anything else about them. They are green! Is there a colour difference between which type they are? H or S or sumthing... I'm gonna take pictures and post them when I finish putting them in and while I'm putting them in. Is there a How to install springs somewhere here? I know there are 3 bolts on top and 2 on the bottom, and someone said that I don't need a clamp, but isn't is safer to have one if I would need them...

It's pretty straight forward, just replace the springs the exact way the stock ones were in. You will need a spring compressor though. I don't see how you could do it with out it. It is also a good idea to coat all contact points with a silicone based grease, like caloper grease. It will prevent any unwanted squeking. The only trouble I had was getting the rear strut assemblies back into place after I put them back together with the new springs. Just make sure you take note of how everything is lined up when you pull them out and make sure it all sits the same when you put them back in....
