Our cars don't have mufflers, why put one on it?Any good straight thru muffler will be fine and it's just a matter of which one's sound and look you prefer.

If all your looking for is a muffler, there are probably a thousand choices out there for you. Most mufflers are universal, meaning you could make them work for just about any application, especially if you are creating a custom set-up.

The main differences between mufflers are
1. Material used to construct it (mild/aluminized steel, 409 stainless, 304 stainless)
2. Internal design (straight thru w/ packing, straight thru w/o packing, baffled)
3. Type of packing material used
3. Size and mounting style (inline or rear mount)
4. Inlet and outlet locations

In all honesty I would choose a muffler based on these criteria. as they will have more of an effect of how long your muffler will last, how it will sound, how it will fit under you car etc. If you want a muffler that will last the life of your vehicle, get one that has a 304 stainless steel interior and exterior construction, especially if you live in an area that gets alot of rain or snow.

Hope that helps,
Tim
