IMSA Dodge Hemi
Hi I just found this great site and thought I'd share some information about a Dodge Challenger that my good friend Glenn Bunch use to race in the IMSA series back in the 70s. This series featured the best American road racing at the time with factory teams from Europe and America. Some of the stars were John Greenwood and his wild Vettes, Peter Gregg and Hurley Haywood and their Porsches, Al Holbrert, Brian Redman, Hans Stuck in the Batmoblie BMWs, and independents like Glenn. His story is really interesting and especially his last car the mighty Dodge Challenger Hemi. Glenn has restored the Dodge and is again racing it in vintage races on the east coast. It is dominating with former IMSA GTO champ "Fast Phil" Currin as the wheel man. They will race next at Mid Ohio, the last week of June.
