Howdy - Newbie here
Hi all!
I just found this forum today and decided I should join in.
A little about myself if anyone cares.
I currently own 2 Dodge vehicles, a 1996 Stratus and a 1997 Neon. I just got done replacing the heater core in the Stratus, so if anyone has any questions on that...feel free to ask. I can say that there are a bunch of things the Haynes manual leaves out in the dash dissaembly part!
I will be doing an engine replacement on the Neon soon, so if anyone has any tips...Bring them on! My daughter thought that since her old car used oil at an alarming rate, the Neon would to. So each time she bought gas she added a quart of oil. I guess it survived short trips at school slap full of oil, but the attempted highway trip home killed it!
I am employed as a Process Engineer in printing but my education is in Chemistry. My automotive background started when I was a kid. My father was a mechanic at Plymouth and Dodge dealerships. I worked my way through school with summer jobs working at the Dodge dealer with my father, helping the mechanics and writting service orders and warranty administration. So I have been a "Dodge Boy" since I can remember.
I hope to "meet" everyone here in the forum soon.
