Hi. Jon here from east texas.
I just bought an '04 maroon ram 1500 quad cab 4x4. Its has the 5.7 hemi along with a 6in lift, american racing 17in rims and cooper 37in tires. I've really impressed with the truck so far. It has plenty of power even with the large tires, and the ride is much smoother than other 4x4's ive driven.
Plans areto upgrade the intake/exhaust first, then get a handheld tuner later on.Can anyone tell mehow well these hemi's respond to mods? I traded an '02 WS6 trans am for this truck, and it would respond extremely well to the mods I did. I'm hoping that this truck will do the same, seeing as the motors are almost identical indisplacement and HP.
