Howdy from a Newbie
Just wanted to let you all know that this site has been the most informative and fun site I've seen dedicated to a specific brand. We will be the proud owners of a brand new 2004 Dodge Ram Quad Cab SLT on Monday. I am currently deployed in Afghanistan and the wife was set on the RAM. She test drove one and that was it. I really didn't have much to say after that! Being that I have been a F-150 (yeah I know) guy most of my life I wanted to do some research on the RAMs. I have been very impressed with what I have seen and the Dodge Forum has helped me (and my wife) learn about this Great Truck. Thanks for a Great Site!

Thanks Redneck Ram and Dodgegril19. That little tip on the recall notice for the 2004 Ram saved us some time. The dealer is going to take care of it before we pick it up. Wonder why they didn't do it in the first place?
Who knows, there may be hope for me yet, I can always sell the Ford. We'll see how it goes.
As far as staying safe over here, so far the Afghans are terrible shots. Let's hope they don't get lucky!
