I just thought I would drop in and let my presence be known. I'm still pretty new (<1 yr. ) to the car scene, although I've been interested for a while.

My car's a '96 Avenger, 2.0 i4, still mostly stock. It's been a great car for the past 8 years, even though I've had the standard 'getting old' problems. I guess components don't last forever. Right now I'm trying to troubleshoot a misfire problem, which is what led me to this site. I think I might be getting close to a solution, but if not I'll probably be posting in the appropriate forum.

Thanks for the welcome's so far. I would have opted for a black paint job too, but this was easier (read: factory) when I had it repainted.
