Hi there. I recently purchased a used 2004 Dodge Neon SXT with 6500 miles (now has 7000). The mileage didn't seem to be getting the 29 in the city as advertised, so I searched for a forum to find out why. After reading some of this one, I think it's my driving style, and that I need to let up on the gas a bit. *blush*
