New Guy from the STL
I'm Jon, I'm new to the board. I actually signed up to learn more about Dodges and maybe diagnose some of the problems I have with my truck. She's a 1995 Dakota 3.9, nice truck but got some teething issues that I'm trying to fix.
I'll be upfront and honest, I'm a Pontiac guy; the least understood of the car guys. We're like Chevy guys but smart...no offense Chevy guys. My last car and pride 'n joy was a 2004 GTO, and that baby runs, but I had to let her go for the expense. Premium gas really adds up, and insurance is nuts as I'm still under 25.
Well, to my Dakota, red and kinda ugly, but she's got soul. I enjoy driving it nearly as much as my old/new GTO, and probably more so if my truck had a stereo...I just bought the truck and its got some issues I'll address in the appropriate forum. Thanks again y'all, if all goes well with this Dodge I might just convert!
